Refund Policy / Warranties
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All returns/refunds must be directed to the Reseller where the product was purchased.
Non-returnable items:

Custom-made, assembled, or cut-to-size Goods

Made-to-order indent Goods once a Purchase Order is issued

Manufactured-to-order items unless proven defective or not per specifications
To be eligible for warranty:

Goods must be installed per instructions

Products used within rated specifications

Goods returned in original packaging and saleable condition
Machtig is not responsible for products used outside intended scope or installed incorrectly.
